Our Integrated Service Package comes with your smart vehicle to ensure a worry-free EV experience. It includes Maintenance and Wear & Tear for 3 years and a renewal of Roadside Assistance, if the vehicle is serviced at smart Authorised Service Partners.

Reliability you can trust. The Integrated Service Package includes a warranty of 3 years from smart. This way, your all-electric journey is even more worry-free right from the start.
Maintenance and Wear & Tear package
We've got your back: The Maintenance and Wear & Tear package covers inspection and maintenance work within the first service, including the wear and tear parts. It's valid for 3 years.
Roadside Assistance (RSA)
Smart roadside assistance forms part of the vehicles initial 3 year integrated service package, after this period roadside assistance is automatically renewed each time your vehicle receives its service through an authorised Smart service workshop. RSA is valid from the initialregistration date to the first due service - or up to 8 years, if serviced at a Smart service workshop.
High-voltage component warranty
With the Integrated Service Package, we really thought of everything. You get a high-voltage component warranty, covering the HV battery for 8 years & HV vehicle control unit, e-motor and controller for 8 years.

The help you need, when you need it
Wherever you're located, you can count on smart RSA 365 days a year. It doesn't matter whether it's an accident, vandalism, attempted theft or theft of vehicle parts, breakdown or any other minor mishap – you can request smart RSA whenever you need them most. The smart Customer Engagement Centre (CEC)/GD Call Centre telephone number is integrated into your vehicle. Hence you can reach us with a press of the Help section from the Digital Head Unit (DHU) of the car.
How do my crash sensors intervene?
In the event of an emergency, the smart emergency call (e-Call) system can help significantly speed up the arrival of the rescue services at the accident scene. The emergency call can be triggered automatically by the crash sensors, or manually by the driver using the SOS button in the overhead control panel in the vehicle.
